Normally, you should expect to receive your new customer login information e-mail within minutes of signing up. Unless you received an error message at the end of the signup process, we send the new customer information e-mail to you immediately.

Occasionally, e-mail services do back up and sometimes e-mails can be delayed. This is particularly true for free e-mail services such as Hotmail, AOL, Yahoo, etc. If it has been over an hour since you joined and have note received your new customer information e-mail, please contact us and we will be happy to assist you further.

Spam filtering software can divert our e-mail to your “Spam,” “Suspect,” or “Trash”, etc. folders. Please double check to see if your e-mail was not captured by your spam filters.

If your spam folders do not have the e-mail, please submit a support ticket requesting your login credentials to be resent. After you submit a ticket, our system will generate an acknowledgement mail within a few minutes. If you do not receive an acknowledgement email within an hour, you may want to submit a ticket by using an e-mail address from a different service provider.
